[STORMBITE] The Mission
Zenith crouched on the dusty orange stone, black-and-white wings tucked in as much as possible to avoid drawing any unwanted attention to the outcrop that her team hid under. The wind was quite strong today, whistling across the landscape that looked similar to a desert crossed with the Grand Canyon crossed with plains. Sandstone pillars and cliffs jutted out of the otherwise relatively smooth ground, and they provided a perfect viewing point for the Sapphire team to lock their sights onto the target below. Or rather, a few targets and their cargo. “Look alive guys, I’ve got intel on the guards,” reported the Kite next to her, a surprising gleam of excitement in his eyes. “Cargo is in a metallic box of some sort. We’ve got two with a human appearance, two Avios and two mammal Synths- I’d vouch for Pards just because they don’t lumber around like Canids.” Zenith twisted around to look at him, along with the other heads that popped up out of the shadows underneath the outcrop. “Rank?
